Upon completion of the initial ID, all candidates train at our schools until they are ready to go.
Our process of identification concentrates
on the technical skill ability of a player
to determine if the identified candidate is
immediately ready any of our pathways
or if the identified candidate needs
further improvement on their technical skills
before they can go on any of our Euro pathways.
